It all depends on what you want! A typical full build will take 2-3 months. Although, if you choose a simple layout or marry a lot of complex systems, that timeline could change. Lead times on parts and materials are another contributing factor of build timing. The more you can plan out before our consultation, the quicker and easier your project will be. However, we are more than happy to help you plan out your build from start to finish.

Our hourly rate is $125. A full custom camper build out with high end components generally falls between $100,000-$150,000, but there is room for that number to move up or down depending on the scope of your project. We are open to doing partial builds and working with customers on budgets too, but for a full high end custom build you will likely fall in the price range listed above. Reach out and we are happy to walk through pricing.

We don’t provide vehicles to our customers. If you want to get a vehicle built out here you will have to procure it yourself and bring it to us.

Currently we do not offer financing. If you need financing, you will need a third party to fund your project.

For full builds we take half of the total project cost at the start and the remaining 50% at build completion. For service work and smaller projects we will send you an invoice for parts up front and then charge for the labor once the job is done. As soon as you make a deposit, we will start ordering parts and get you on our build schedule.

We make basic 3D drawings to create a layout for Sprinter, Transit, and ProMaster chassis, but we work with Vancept designs for fully detailed renderings if those are needed for your project.

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all work that we complete. You will be responsible for warranty claims on products used in your build. We will hand over all necessary paperwork and documentation upon build completion and step in as needed.
